You are probably thinking that this will probably be tricky, but infact, it's not! :)
This is a design that i absolutely love doing! It's perfect for in the summer and looks great on toenails! It also looks great on you're fingernails but i love doing it on my toes.
So lovely aren't they! This is a picture from a few weeks ago now when i did my toenails! I feel the best colours to use are the summery ones, the pastel or bright colours! They look great! Here i used a hot pink! I have also used colours such as yellow and pastel orange!
All you need to use is one of the hair grips you use to pin your hair back...
I would recommend using the grips with the biggish balls on the end like in the picture above, yes! This is all you really need! As well as having a white nail polish! I personally don't own any white nail polish but i do own manicure sets which contain white nail varnish's for the tips of your nails! They work just as well and is what i have used for all my polka dots! Of course if you want your polka dots to be different colours then this doesn't matter :)
This white barry m nail paint is great polish to use, i love barry m!
So here we go, i'll tell you how to do it, although you've probably already guessed :)
1) Paint your toenails the colour you have chosen, like i chose pink, and do this as you normally would!
2) When that is all completely dry you can start working on your polka dots! Simply leave the lid to your white nail polish aside and pull apart your hair grip so it's one big line
3) Simply dip this into the white nail paint and start dotting them over the nail, try and make sure there isn't too much nail paint on the grip and take you're time, you don't want any mistakes or you will have to spend ages re-doing the whole nail!
